A new firm with one focus.
Harbourline Partners Pte. Ltd. was formed in {{FOUNDER TO CONFIRM: incorporation date}} 2026 as a Singapore private limited company. It was set up for one kind of work: advising buyers on transactions in Philippine property technology and brokerage.
The firm is new. It has one mandate type and one focus. That is a deliberate choice rather than a stage on the way to something broader. A regional group looking at the Philippine market wants an adviser who already knows which brokerages own their agent networks, which listing platforms actually produce leads, and which founders are ready to talk.
We act on the buy side only. We do not act for sellers, we do not run auctions, and we do not take a mandate that conflicts with a buyer we already represent. Clients are not named on this site; a client’s identity is disclosed to a counterparty only after a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
