A new firm, three sectors, two regions.
Harbourline Partners Pte. Ltd. is a private limited company registered in Singapore in 2026. It advises founders, operators and investors on mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and investments across three connected sectors: real estate, the technology sold into it, and the financial services a property transaction runs through.
Most of our work runs between two regions. On one side, European and other Western groups looking for a position in Southeast Asia. On the other, Southeast Asian operators looking for capital, technology or a route into Western markets. On the ground that means Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
The firm is new and deliberately narrow in how it works. We act for one side of a transaction and never for both. We do not run auctions, and we do not take a mandate that conflicts with a client we already represent. Clients are not named on this site; a client’s identity is disclosed to a counterparty only after a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Alberto García Martínez
Managing Director
Leads every mandate. Focus: transactions in real estate, property technology and financial services between European and Southeast Asian markets.
Before Harbourline he worked in corporate and investment banking at Banco Santander in Madrid, then spent six years at Oliver Wyman in Madrid and London, advising financial services, technology and consumer clients on growth strategy, market entry, commercial due diligence and M&A. He is based in Singapore, holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master in Management from INSEAD, and speaks Spanish, English and French.
