Privacy notice
Plain language. Last updated 15 September 2026.
This notice explains what personal data Harbourline Partners Pte. Ltd. (“we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We are a Singapore company. Some of the people we deal with are in the Philippines, so we follow both the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) where it applies.
The contact form
If you use the form on our contact page we receive your name, company, email address and message. The form sends that information by email to alberto@harbourlinepartners.com. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We keep the message for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. The form has a hidden field that catches automated submissions; a real person will never see or fill it.
The form is processed by a serverless function hosted by Vercel and, when configured, delivered through an email service provider. Those providers process the data on our instructions.
Business outreach
Part of our work is contacting the owners and senior staff of businesses in the Philippine property sector on behalf of a client. When we do that:
- we write only to business contact details, never to personal accounts;
- we use information from public sources such as company registries, company websites, listing platforms and professional profiles, and we keep a note of where each fact came from;
- every message says who we are and gives you a way to opt out;
- we do not share what we learn about your business with anyone other than the client, and only after a non-disclosure agreement is in place;
- we keep a suppression list and honour it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.
- We do not run a chatbot or store conversations on this site.
Your rights
Under both the PDPA and RA 10173 you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop using it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to being contacted. To do any of that, email alberto@harbourlinepartners.com and we will act on it within a reasonable time and confirm when it is done. If you are in the Philippines and are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the National Privacy Commission; if you are in Singapore, to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Site analytics
The site is served as static files. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and capacity purposes. We do not add any analytics script.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top. Substantive changes to how we handle outreach data will be noted here.
